Come funziona Land Rent
Puoi rivendere i terreni
Chi conosce Atlas Earth riconoscerà immediatamente parecchi elementi.
Mappa basata su località del mondo reale.
Appezzamenti virtuali da accumulare.
Rendita generata dai terreni.
Boost della rendita tramite pubblicità.
Badge collegati alle località.
Titoli territoriali e classifiche.
Badge, titoli, clan, minigiochi e boost

It’s called Land Rent, it’s brand new, and Atlas Earth players will probably experience an immediate sense of familiarity.
Virtual land on a real-world map, rent that grows over time, territorial titles, badges, boosts, minigames and clans. The similarities are hard to miss.
Is it really a new rival to Atlas Earth? It’s far too early to say. But it’s definitely worth keeping an eye on.Land Rent: why we’re talking about it on ITAtlas
We first heard about the game from our friend Mark Cuban, a well-known member of the Atlas Earth community and still Italy’s Prime Minister in the game.
The moment we opened Land Rent, comparing it with Atlas Earth was almost inevitable.
The basic philosophy is very similar: the real world becomes a large map where players can claim virtual plots of land and gradually build their territory.
Land Rent is still a very young project, so this is not intended to be a definitive review.
These are our first impressions. The game needs to be played, followed and evaluated over time.
LAND RENT: Atlas Earth’s new “rival”? First impressions
In this video we introduce Land Rent, explain why it is attracting the attention of Atlas Earth players and share what we know so far.
How Land Rent works
The core idea is simple: claim virtual plots positioned over a real-world map and gradually expand your territory.
Claim virtual plots
The map is divided into small plots. These are virtual game items, not real land or real estate.
Collect simulated rent
Every plot generates simulated rent over time, including while the app is closed.
Expand your territory
Land Bucks are the in-game currency used to continue progressing.
Compete for titles
Owning more land in specific areas lets players compete for territorial titles.
You can sell land back
If you own a plot in an area you no longer want, Land Rent allows you to sell it back. This gives players more flexibility when managing their territory.
You can sell remotely
You don’t even need to be physically located at the plot in order to sell it. The sale can be managed remotely.
Why does Land Rent feel so similar to Atlas Earth?
Atlas Earth players will immediately recognise several familiar elements.
A map based on real-world locations.
Virtual plots to collect.
Rent generated by virtual land.
Ad-based boosts.
Location-based badges.
Territorial titles and leaderboards.
Minigames and rewards.
A way to start without spending immediately.
Land Rent’s simulated rent should not be treated as immediately withdrawable cash
This is one of the most important points to understand before getting started.
Land Rent displays simulated rent denominated in dollars generated by virtual plots.
This represents an in-game value and should not automatically be interpreted as cash available for withdrawal.
The game also includes separate reward mechanics that we want to explore through actual use.
You can approach Land Rent without spending immediately
One of the most interesting aspects is the ability to explore the game gradually.
Advertising activities can contribute to progression.
Daily systems and in-game activities allow players to collect resources.
The referral programme can also award Land Bucks.
Badges, titles, clans, minigames and boosts
Land Rent aims to build an ecosystem that goes beyond simply collecting virtual plots.
Badges
Location-based badges add another progression layer.
Territorial titles
Players controlling more land in specific areas can compete for territorial titles.
Minigames
Additional activities allow players to compete for rewards.
Clans
The community side of the game includes group-based progression.
Rent Boost
Some activities can temporarily increase rent.
Special events
Temporary multipliers and special mechanics add variety to the game.
A particularly interesting project for early players
In a game built around claiming virtual territory, the early phase is naturally one of the most interesting periods.
Leaderboards are still taking shape, many areas remain relatively undeveloped and the community is still establishing its own balance.
Of course, starting early does not guarantee any future advantage.
But for players who enjoy this type of game, it can make Land Rent particularly interesting to explore while the project is still young.
Want to try it? Use Mark Cuban’s referral code
If you decide to register for Land Rent, you can use the referral code shared with us by Mark Cuban.

Is Land Rent worth trying?
At this stage, we’re not going to claim that Land Rent is better or worse than Atlas Earth.
It’s simply too early.
What we can say is that, if you enjoy the basic concept behind Atlas Earth, Land Rent is worth exploring.
The project is young, already includes several interesting mechanics and can be explored without immediately making a financial commitment.
The ability to sell back land you no longer want without physically returning to the location is another interesting detail that gives players more flexibility when managing their plots.
ITAtlas will continue following Land Rent

It’s our starting point.
